About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Caroline! As a licensed clinical psychologist for new moms and a toddler mom myself, I know firsthand how challenging the body changes that occur throughout the journey to motherhood can be.

I’m incredibly passionate about helping new mamas find peace and joy in the transition to motherhood, and I know that body image distress can be a big barrier.

While my graduate school journey led me to a specialization in perinatal mental health, it was my my longstanding interest in body image and disordered eating that initially led me to pursue a career in psychology. I conducted my graduate research with the Stanford Eating Disorders Research Team with a focus was on helping parents transmit healthy eating behaviors to their children, and I remain incredibly passionate about this topic!

I have loved combining my passions for perinatal mental health and body image challenges in creating Body Love from Bump to Beyond, and I can’t wait for you to experience the freedom I know you’ll find on the other side!
